My goal is to provide the tools, training, and services required to select and maintain honey bee stocks with the desired, heritable traits to enhance their vigor and productivity. This also requires advanced beekeeping skills, including the rearing and care of queens and drones. Best management practices are critical in facing current challenges such as controlling pests and pathogens, pesticide residues, and providing nutritious forage.
